[Wrf-users] Using RUC input data with NOAH LSM

Is the use of RUC input data (for initial and/or boundary conditions) 
possible when using the NOAH LSM?  Comments I found in 
module_initialize_real seem to imply that it is, however, when I try it 
real hangs.
