[Wrf-users] NetCDF error with NARR data

Hi All,


I have been trying to run WRF 3.2.1 in Linux 2.6.18-194.32.1.el5  
x86_64 GNU/Linux with the following module :

intel/intel-v11.1.072
openmpi/1.4.1-intel-v11.0-ofed
fftw/2.1.5-intel-openmpi
netcdf/4.0.1_nc3_intel

I have compiled WPS serial and WRFV3 OpenMP option and successfully  
finished running the winter storm 2000 test case and output is okay.  
But while I am trying to run a simulation using NARR (North American  
Regional Reanalysis ) found the following message during real.exe but  
the following file wrfbdy_d01 and wrfinput_d01 is generate. In the log  
file I get the following message:

I could not succeed running WRF using NARR data. Could any one please  
help me to find out the problem.
