Dear all,
I try to create my own be.dat but there were error messages when i run 
gen_be_wrapper.ksh using my  wrfout.

"Run Stage 3: Read 3D control variable fields, and calculate vertical 
covariances.

Beginning CPU time: Mon Feb  7 10:40:09 WIT 2011
Ending CPU time: Mon Feb  7 10:40:33 WIT 2011
Beginning CPU time: Mon Feb  7 10:40:33 WIT 2011

Run Stage 4: Calculate horizontal covariances (regional  lengthscales).

Stage gen_be_diags failed with error 2 "

But when i use wrfout test data,then run ge_be_wrapper,it was SUCCES.I don't 
know,there was something wrong with my wrfout.Could someone help me,please !
here i attach my namelist.wps,namelist.input,two file from gen_be result.
