[Wrf-users] ndown tells me :"ndown: using constants from file", is it normal?

Hello everyone!
I'm running the 1-way nest and I got the coarse wrfout_d01 properly, the fine grid real.exe output seems good also (which i set the
start_time == end_time just like the case shown on the web, no wrfbdy_d01).
so I run the ndown.exe, and got bellow file1 , file2 logs. the ""ndown: using constants from file"" make me confused,
I have got the coarse wrf.exe running ok,and I took a look at the wrfout_d01, it has 25 hours , why ndown told me "use constants" !!!
file3 is my namelist.input for the ndown.file4 is the nameist.input for fine grid real.exe, file5 is the head of wrfd01.
any clue is very thanks.
