[Wrf-users] WRFDA/OBSPROC: Whither plot_ob_ascii_loc.ncl?

According to the tutorial, we have a rather nice NCL script available to
us to view the results of OBSPROC in the WRFDA package:

WRFDA/var/graphics/ncl/plot_ob_ascii_loc.ncl

It doesn't seem to be in the current version.  Has it been removed for
reason, or is it available through another location/source?
