[Wrf-users] error while installing MAP_PLOT

Dear WRF users
     I'm tring to install the WRF-VAR V3.1, it was installed successfully,
but when i'm tring to type the command* >>make* inside the MAP_PLOT
directory (which belongs to iside /obsproc directory) it gives some error
like below. So if anybody has any explanation for this error kindly suggest
me. Here i've also attached the configure.user file which i used for my IBM
server.
