[Wrf-users] OBSPROC not working

Hi Iswari,

Thank you for your input. I have relative humidity data from a LIDAR which
have only moisture data and the altitude. Is it not possible to assimilate
this data using only this info. I will really appreciate if someone can
provide some help and suggestions.
