[Wrf-users] One-dimensional version of WRF?

Is there a 1-D version of WRF available?  I found the NCAR pages on DART
and references to "PBL_1d", but the DART pages imply they are just
re-packaging the models (not distributing them).  They also only offer
svn access, which doesn't play nice with my firewall.
