[Wrf-users] problem compiling plotgrids.exe ( Ardie from Malaysia)

Hi,
You need to compile ncarg, and set the NCARG_ROOT variable pointing to root
directory where ncarg was installed (usually /usr/local ) and then compile
WPS as usual.

ncarg binaries download does not work.
