a link to GPU microphysics code (WSM5 scheme) with information on how to
compile and run with the current release of WRF.
My home page (see below) has pointers to a paper and presentations from a
recent AGU workshop on this topic.

PS. If you're interested in talking with NVIDIA directly about using GPUs
for atmospheric modeling let me know and I can give you some technical
