[Wrf-users] Soil Moisture and Temperature

I am currently working with a script to input CCSM data into WRF, the 
script I have converts the cam and clm output into an MM5 intermediate 
file.  I seem to be having problems with the soil moisture and 
temeperature fields and have not found a description of what fields are 
needed by WRF and what they mean.

The relevant variables I am using are:

FIELD = SOILT010
UNITS = K DESCRIPTION = T of 0-10 cm ground layer
--
FIELD = SOILT200
UNITS = K DESCRIPTION = T of 10-200 cm ground layer
--
FIELD = SOILT400
UNITS = K DESCRIPTION = T of 200-400 cm ground layer
--
FIELD = SOILM010
UNITS = fraction DESCRIPTION = Soil Moisture of 0-10 cm ground layer
--
FIELD = SOILM200
UNITS = fraction DESCRIPTION = Soil Moisture of 10-200 cm ground layer

When running metgrid.exe I get the following warnings:

I think that these are OK as it is just mentioning that these are not in

This is where I am confused, I am assuming that the variables I am using 
above should fall into these categories, but I could not find a 
description of these categories, and importantly could not find anywhere 
discussing the difference between SOILT and ST, and SOILM and SM.  Could 
someone please help me understand how to process this data.
