[Wrf-users] WRF Core NMM compiles

Alrighty. I have installed OpenMPI (By hand and again via Apt-get) And
still encounter the same error below. I then tryied to installing mpich
(by hand and via apt-get) and still get the same error. I triple
checked that they were on my lib paths and i even added then to the env
path. But it still keeps giving those errors.
Trying to compile the nmm_real version using ifort and icc.
