[Wrf-users] Couple of questions

Hi, I was handed a couple of questions to ask you fine folks.

1) What is the difference between the em_real and nmm_real compile of 
the WRF core?
And
2) Does anyone know where I could find an exe called make_tiles.exe.  We 
were looking at a way to merge grib tiles together and found this one 
would, but we are unable to download it because of our region (says US 
only)  Would anyone know where to get this outside of the US, or know of 
another program that can merge Grib tiles?
