[Wrf-users] compiling WPS3 with NCAR graphics

Hi,

when compiling WPS (V3) with NCAR, the /util/plotgrids- and -plotfmt.exe 
are not made. I am using precompiled NCAR binaries -- do I need to 
compile NCAR myself, and do I have to use the same compiler I used for 
compiling  WRF, netCDF and then WPS?
