[Wrf-users] plotgrids.exe and -Bstatic possible bug?

Hi all,

When compiling WPS with the -Bstatic flag (for static linking), the
plotgrids.exe and plotfmt.exe utilities do not compile.  They will
compile with the -Bstatic flag removed.  Is this a bug, or is this
behavior intentional?  Is there any kind of workaround to get
plotgrids.exe and plotfmt.exe to compile with static linking?
