[Wrf-users] potential temperature and height

hello

I have seen that in wrf output netcdf files
perturbation potential temperature is given. can you
please tell me how i can convert it to potential
temperature. 

Also I have seen the HGT variable for seeing all
vertical levels, but i could see max is 314m which is
not correct. I have used wrfsi default sigma values.
So pl tell me how to see vertical levels from wrf
outputs also.
