[Wrf-users] Where to download RSL_LITE package

Dear WRF-Users, 

I try to install WRF-NMM and need to install RSL_LITE for nesting purpose before installing WRF-NMM. However, I haven't been able to find the source code for RSL_LITE. Does anyoone know where it can be found? Is it part of the WRF-NMM package? 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
