[Wrf-users] Doing tropical cyclone bogus in WRF,any s uggestions?

Dear WRF users,

I browse through the wrf user guide  but simple couldn't find the way to add bogus TC. WRF can't do that? 
It can't be,I think. All suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
