Many Thanks Panda Sir,
AIX IBM RS/6000 has all compilers, problem seems with the netCDF liib 
and F90 compiler, one of our techinical expert suggested me to check 
if the netCDF libs are build with proper F90 compilers, he feels that 
the same was missing.
Let me know if you have any such suggestion or if you can have some 
idea on the issue.
