[Whi] Second WHI Workshop: Change in Dates

[Whole Heliosphere Interval]

We have decided to postpone the second WHI workshop until November  
10-13, 2009.  It will still be held in Boulder.  Part of our  
motivation was that our original dates in September would have been  
immediately after SOHO 23, "Understanding a Peculiar Solar Minimum",  
which is a meeting likely to be of particular interest to WHI-ers.  See
