[tgcmgroup] TIE-GCM on NCAR cheyenne

Hi,

this note is only for users running the tiegcm on the NCAR cheyenne super
computer.
The default compiler is now intel/17.0.1 and a newly built esmf library is
available.

If you experience problems you can go to (on the NCAR super computers)
/glade/p/hao/tgcm/tiegcm2.0/tiegcm2.0/scripts
with has an updated
* Makefile
and two new files for cheyenne
* tiegcm-ch.job (the script to compile/build and execute the model)
* Make.intel_ch

You can get the update the Makefile and get the files tiegcm-ch.job and
Make.intel_ch.
To execute you need to run the tiegcm-ch.job script.

You can check on your compiler with
>module li
It is suggested to start with an empty directory before trying to recompile
the model.

Note that although I added the files to the tiegcm2.0 directory for
convenience the files are NOT in the official 2.0 release.
