Bluefire downtime Sept.11

CISL will be taking Bluefire down on Thursday, Sept. 11 from  07:00-18:00. The
divisional and fis filesystems will not be available during this time. The
downtime will allow IBM staff from Poughkeepsie and Austin to perform  onsite
debugging and apply some system changes. These changes are necessary to help
us solve the current GPFS and IB Switch hangs that we are seeling on the 
bluefire
cluster.
