[Tgcmgroup] Latest tgcmproc_idl release

Hello,

Ben and I have put together the latest version of tgcmproc_idl and it is 
now available for use.  It will now read in and display WACCM history 
files and has an added feature of displaying profile, meridional, and 
zonal line plots with animation.  So, give it a try when you get a 
chance and let Ben and I know of any strange things you see.
