[Tgcmgroup] tgcmproc_f90

Hi tgcmgroup:

It was pointed out recently that the binary made by building tgcmproc_f90
on bluevista does not execute on bluesky. See attached file bs.error
for details.

I have rebuilt the processor on bluesky, and saved the binary as
"tgcmprocbs_f90". Please use this command when executing on bluesky.
There is also "tgcmprocbs_dres_f90" for double-resolution history
files.

I have also updated tgcmproc_f90 and tgcmproc_dres_f90 on SGI tempest.
There are problems building it on hao linux, so it is not updated there
yet (altho it still executes under hao linux, at least on callisto and
sundog). The changes to the processor from the past few months will not
be visible to most users (most changes are related to processing vtgcm
history files).

As you are probably aware, bluesky will be decommissioned in February
of next year, to be replaced by blueice. When blueice is available,
I'll build the processor there, and hopefully the same executable will
work on both bluevista and blueice.

The following error is printed when executing tgcmproc_f90 on bluesky.
This is because the binary built on bluevista does not execute on bluesky.
To avoid this error, use the command "tgcmprocbs_f90" on bluesky.
(for double-res history files, use the command "tgcmprocbs_dres_f90".
