[Tgcmgroup] lsf on bluevista

SCD has recently upgraded LSF on bluevista from version 6.1 to 6.2.

If you are using the IBM bluevista, please check your .cshrc file
to make sure lsf 6.2 is in your path rather than 6.1. Your path
env var should include this:

/usr/local/lsf/6.2/aix5-64/bin

and your MANPATH should include this:

/usr/local/lsf/6.2/man
