Hi tgcm group:

tgcmproc_f90 has been upgraded to version 1.9 on bluesky, bluevista,
tempest, and at Linux hao. Use the commands tgcmproc_f90 (for 5.0 deg 
histories), or tgcmproc_dres_f90 (for 2.5 degree histories) on any of 
these systems.

This version has correct processing of "new" format histories, i.e.,
tiegcm-hist-lbc. You may notice slight differences in vertical slice
plots (compared to previous version of tgcmproc_f90) on these histories, 
which distinguish between midpoint and interface levels. Results should 
be the same for "old" format histories (e.g., time-gcm or tiegcm1.8 and
earlier).

Netcdf files output by tgcmproc_f90 are still "old" format.
