[Tgcmgroup] /hao disk

Tgcmgroup:

I have removed primary and secondary history files for the 2002 
tgcm24rh run from the /hao disk (accessible from SCD systems).  
This reduced usage on this disk from 99% to 53%. If anybody needs 
those files, they are on the mss in /ROBLE/tgcm24rh.
