[Tgcmgroup] hao on scd file server

Hi tgcmgroup:

Scd is replacing the old /fs/othrorgs/home0 file server with /fis/hao/home.
The new /fis disk will be available only from the supers inside the scd
perimeter.

If you had a subdirectory under /fs/othrorgs/home0 that you need restored
to /fis, please let me know so I can forward a list to scd.  Thanks,
