[Tgcmgroup] TGCMPROC IDL has been updated

Dear TGCM Group,

  TGCMPROC IDL has been updated.  A satellite view has been added to the plot 
maps selection 
under projections.  It has four sliders that can change the center of the plot 
using latitude,
longitude, and solar local time.  There is also a slider that can change the 
horizon of the 
plot.  The option to change solar local time has also been added to the 
cylindrical equidistant
projection.  All of the new options can also be animated using the previous 
animate options.

This updated version is available at HAO on DAVE and DATAPROC.
