(for people working in Boulder)

If people feel there is value in occassionally meeting together in
person, I would be happy to cooridinate.  A group of us met recently
in the RAP conference room, and I thought it was good.  I propose
a meeting Wednesday - April 9th - 10a.m in the RAP conference room.  I
could speak for 15 minutes on how one documents a function and then
build's a library. I'll send out another note, closer to see if there
is interest.  In the meantime, I would be interested to hear if people
would find this useful and specifically, what topics might be useful.
