[pyngl-talk] Wind rose

Hello, 

There used to be functions in NCL to draw wind roses : http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/rose.shtml 
such as 
WindRoseBasic 
WindRoseColor 
Is there an equivalent in PyNGL? 
I can not find it anywhere on the website: http://www.pyngl.ucar.edu/ 

I did not find it either on the following ressource: 
https://geocat-examples.readthedocs.io/en/latest/gallery/index.html# 

Any help or guiding advice would be much appreciated :-)
