[pyngl-talk] Unable to import Nio in a Linux system

Hi, Daryl,
I have tried your solution by the following commend:
conda install gdal; conda update —all
and the liberal is included at this time:
libgdal 2.2.4 h25f9fa3_7 conda-forge
However, the problem is still existing:
(ncl_to_python) bash-4.1$ python -c "import Nio"
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
File "/data2/anaconda3/envs/ncl_to_python/lib/python3.6/site-packages/PyNIO/Nio.py", line 83, in <module>
from _nio import *
ImportError: /data2/anaconda3/envs/ncl_to_python/lib/python3.6/site-packages/PyNIO/../../../libgdal.so.20: undefined symbol: _ZN9kmlengine4Href5ParseERKSs
Instead, I have also tried to create a new environment including only the latest PyNIO (version 1.5.5), it is working, but it cannot live with the PyNGL 1.6.1 and NCL 6.5.0 because of the conflicting dependencies:
PyNIO 1.5.5 requires - libgdal >=2.4.0,<2.5.0a0,
but PyNGL 1.6.1 and NCL need - libgdal >=2.2.4,<2.3.0a0.
Maybe I have to wait for the developer to update the PyNGL and NCL complied by the libgdal >=2.4.0.
