[pyngl-talk] Fwd: Reading in ECMWF S2S Data (PyNio)

Hi Nick,
Unfortunately this error cannot be fixed simply with new GRIB tables.
PyNIO needs to be updated to use the latest version of NCEP's g2clib
(the low level GRIB2 I/O layer that the NIO library uses) in order to
support PDS Template 4.60. We are planning to do this soon, but it has
not happened yet.
