[pyngl-talk] Problem when building PyNGL (version 1.4) on Mac Os X (10.6)

Nicolas,

You are using an older gcc compiler.  I haven't built PyNGL or NCL using
gcc 4.2 for a number of years now.  I think these older compilers had more
difficulty with duplicate names.

If possible, I would recommend upgrading your compiler. What version of
MacOS are you running? The oldest compilers they have at
hpc.sourceforget.net are at 4.7.

I would also highly recommend that you try our conda version. For more
