[Proflist] Apologies to our JCSDA Seminar Remote Attendees

Many of you who tried to sign in to the WEBEX webcast of the seminar by
Lars Isaksen on Data Assimilation Progress and Plans at ECMWF last Friday
were unable to do so because of our current limit of 25 connections. For
this we apologize. We are currently in the process of increasing the limit
to 100. The audio portion of the presentation was also of low quality and
we'll work to fix this.
