[Nsa] Nominate your colleagues for the UCAR Awards

Dear Colleagues,

As a reminder, we are approaching the deadline to submit nominations for
the 2025 Distinguished Achievement and Outstanding Accomplishment awards.
You all — as leaders and members of the NCAR Scientists’ Assembly, the
Early Career Scientists’ Assembly, the UCP Early Career Assembly, and the
Software Engineering Assembly — play a key role in exactly the kind of
accomplishments we celebrate as an organization each year. In light of
that, I am writing to encourage you to consider nominating yourself or your
colleagues for one of these awards.

By convening and offering support to different groups of staff within our
organization, you are building community and creating a culture of
inclusion and excellence that we can all be proud of. This is something to
celebrate alongside the other achievements honored at the Celebration of
Excellence in November.
