[Nsa] Extended deadline! - ECLP

Greetings,

Good news! We've extended the deadline for the ECLP to next Friday, Dec.
20th at 5:00 pm.

If you identify as an early career scientist, engineer, or technical staff
member and are interested in doing the EdEC Early Career Leadership Program
(ECLP), please consider applying. You can apply via the ECLP website
<https://edec.ucar.edu/early-career/early-career-leadership-program>. This
is an excellent opportunity to develop skills used in formal and informal
leadership capacities.

After an online kickoff welcome and orientation Feb. 24th, participants
will meet online with pods of 3-4 peers three times over six weeks. All
participants will gather in Boulder for a 2.5 day in person workshop at the
NSF NCAR Mesa Lab starting April 9th. The agenda will include strengthening
skills in informal leadership, time management, and collaboration with i
nterdisciplinary teams, among other topics. The ECLP is a unique chance to
connect and network with peers and develop long-term
