Term: This is a 2 year term position at .4 FTE.

What you will do:

   - Serves as official supervisor of postdoctoral fellows in the Advanced
   Study Program and, working with laboratory scientists, provides direct
   scientific mentorship to all ASP postdocs.
   - Oversees the professional growth of all postdoctoral fellows and
   visiting graduate students at NCAR.
   - Coordinates with experts in early-career professional development to
   enhance postdoc training.
   - In consultation with the E&O Director and ASP Administrator,
   facilitates the annual ASP postdoc search including logistics and serving
   on the search committee.
   - Works with E&O, DO and laboratory staff to ensure that the ASP
   supports the strategic and workforce goals of NCAR.
   - In consultation with the E&O director, UCAR ODEI, and NCAR DO supports
   the DEI goals of the organization in recruitment, hiring, and retention of
   postdocs from a broad range of institutions and backgrounds.
