[Nsa] Mentoring Program Co-Design Committee

Dear NSA,
Sarah Tessendorf, Katy Putsavage, and Sue Brundege are convening an ad-hoc
committee that will provide ideas, input, and recommendations to guide the
development of a framework for a UCAR-wide mentoring program. This
framework will build upon the framework piloted in the RAL Mentoring Pilot
Program. The refined framework will be based upon results of the evaluation
survey and focus group input from participants in the RAL Mentoring Pilot
Program and this Co-Design Committee, aimed to support the needs of the
greater UCAR staff across various job categories and the many programs
within UCAR/NCAR/UCP.
An initial meeting will be held on 3 August, 1-3pm. While broad input is
welcome, attendance at this meeting will be limited to enable maximally
productive discussion.

At this point, we are seeking 4-5 NSA members to participate in this
discussion; if you are interested, please contact Sarah Tessendorf (
saraht at ucar.edu). Selection of participants will be made to ensure
including a diversity of job categories, years of service/career stage, and
identities. Please include a statement describing yourself and interest in
the committee. Responses received by Monday 27 July will be given priority.
