[Nsa] NSA meeting to get update on NCAR strategic plan

Dear members of the NCAR Scientist Assembly,

We will hold a general NSA meeting on Tuesday, December 11 at 1 pm in FL-2
room #1001 to get an update on the NCAR strategic planning effort.  This
will also be a great opportunity to discuss potential implications of the
upcoming change in NCAR directorship on this planning effort and
associated schedule with the stewards Peter Backlund, Joe Tribbia, and
Roger Wakimoto as well.
