[Nsa] NCAR Strategic Plan NSA meeting on December 11

Dear members of the NCAR Scientist Assembly,

This is a reminder of the general NSA meeting on Tuesday, December 11 at 1
pm in FL-2 room #1001 to get an update on the NCAR strategic planning
effort.  This will be a great opportunity to discuss potential
implications of the upcoming change in NCAR directorship on this planning
effort and associated schedule with the stewards Peter Backlund, Joe
Tribbia, and Roger Wakimoto as well.

We will set up a live webcasting and recording for this meeting as well.
