[Nsa] NCAR Town Hall Meeting on the Proposal Process

Dear NSA members,

UCAR/NCAR management is sponsoring a town hall meeting on the NCAR 
proposal process and are encouraging all investigators and 
administrative support staff that are involved with proposals to attend. 
  This is an opportunity to get clarification and understanding of the 
NSF and PACUR requirements on outside proposals and also to get a first 
look at the new web-based proposal and award system that is currently 
under design.

The Town Hall meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 30, 2010, 
2:00PM at CG1 Center Auditorium.  We will also try to set up a webcast 
for those that can't make it down to Center Green. This is a great 
opportunity to have a dialog with UCAR and NCAR management on this
