I am encountering an issue when using a similar script to <a href="https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Scripts/rose_5.ncl" id="OWA3e9bd0f5-9523-623f-3ff1-a5450f7fc8c9" class="OWAAutoLink" style="margin: 0px; text-align: left;">

https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Scripts/rose_5.ncl</a> to plot a wind rose. The circles in the plot seem to appear randomly, with two or three circles being generated.</div>
