When you used "conda create -n ncl_stable -c conda-forge ncl" you create <br>
a ncl_stable enviremmont....<br>
So you should activate this enviremmont like:<br>
conda activate ncl_stable<br>
and then:<br>
source activate ncl_stable<br>
