[ncl-talk] Overlap ticks

Good afternoon, I have the following code that works well but I would like the smaller ticks (brown) to not overlap, I would like some to be shown 3 at a time for example or make the font smaller, I don't know how to do it, Can you guide me please? I attach script and image to give you an idea.
