[ncl-talk] Fwd: stat_desp code

I sent the following email a while back not sure if it reached the  NCL
community.

Kindly let me know if someone has a solution to it.

Also will the support for NCL be decommissioned prior to complete migration
to NCL-python ?

My following little code is not providing value of the percentiles probably
because of missing values
