[ncl-talk] Blank graphics in ncl

Hi Zilore,
I encountered the same problem before, therefore I installed NCL under
conda environment as in: https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml

conda create -n *ncl_stable* -c conda-forge ncl
  source activate *ncl_stable*
