[ncl-talk] error in installing ncl

Hi NCL

I am trying to install ncl in ubuntu-20.04, gcc-9.4.0. earlier I have used
"sudo apt-get install ncl" and It successfully installed. But when I run
the ncl file, colors are missing in the plot. So I uninstalled it and tried
to install it by downloading a tar file "
ncl_ncarg-6.6.2-Debian9.8_64bit_gnu630.tar.gz
<https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ncl.662.dap/file/ncl_ncarg-6.6.2-Debian9.8_64bit_gnu630.tar.gz>".
It is showing error

"ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.3: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory'

Please help me resolve this issue
