Dear Sir/Madam:

I am trying to learn the guide about transitioning from NCL to Python.
To practice, I need to install PyNIO and PyNIO locally. I found two
commands at the beginning of this document:
conda create -n ncl_to_python -c conda-forge xarray netcdf4 scipy pyngl
pynio ncl
source activate ncl_to_python
Are these the only required steps so that PyNIO and PyNIO can be installed
locally on a linux server? If not, can you please tell me the right steps
to do it?

Thanks very much!

Regards!
Ed
