[ncl-talk] Monthly anomalies

Dear all,

I have to plot a monthly anomaly map (hence 12 maps) of surface
temperature. The nc file I have is a Monthly mean of surface temperature
(attached).
I considered
 air.mon.mean.nc

the climatological period from 1969-2000,  and the study period that I need
to have the anomalies is from 2000-2018. May I ask you please to advise me
how can I do this?
